The Vixen Awards recognize Norway's best influencers within social media, podcasts, blogs and the like. A competent jury selects up to 15 semi-finalists in each category, based on a number of criteria ranging from engagement to image quality to innovation. The semi-finalists in all categories have now been selected, and the shortlist includes several members of Norway's coolest club, Aller Social Club.
- "We are so proud of how our profiles work to develop good concepts and solutions for advertisers who want to link their brand to their profile. They all do it in their own unique way, which results in relevant and useful content that old and new followers can enjoy in addition to the advertisers," says Tonje Løw Hansen, Growth Manager at Aller Social Club.
Tone Kroken, one of Norway's most talented interior designers, has been nominated in the category "Interior, home and outdoor spaces". Tone regularly travels around Europe to find inspiration and has decorated for some of the biggest interior magazines and big names to find their style and make their homes unique. Tone is also the host of Norway's premier interior podcast "Interiørrådet" (link).
In the category "Travel and outdoor life", Julie Valsø is nominated and a semi-finalist. Julie serves up a humorous look at life as a toddler with a good dose of self-irony. She shares everyday problems and offers real 'feelgood' to all her followers, which they respond very well to.
Stine Næss-Hartmann has been nominated and is a semi-finalist in the 'Sport and fitness' category. Stine spreads both the joy of exercise and the joy of life through her Instagram account. The content includes exercise and activity, with input on the role of a mother of young children, relationships and women's health. She talks out loud about everything from herpes to how her body feels after childbirth, and shares unfiltered stories from her life.
Marit Røttingnes Westlie, also known as Mrs. Timian, has been nominated in the "Business of the Year" category. Mrs. Timian is a marketer who moved from Oslo to Rakkestad in Østfold and decided that she didn't want to spend her life commuting to the capital. "I can bake", she thought, and so began her little food adventure. In December, Fru Timian was named a Gazelle company for the second year in a row.
We wish all our profiles the best of luck in Vixen! The club is cheering you on!
