- "We are making progress - and we see that we are succeeding with both traditional and new revenue streams. This is primarily due to the rock-solid efforts of the good editorial and commercial team at Aller - and now we are raising the bar even higher," says Chris Tallerås Steen, Commercial Director at Aller Media.
- "We will get better, we will lift our customers even more - and therefore we will have more people on board to do the job," she says.

Here are the key positions to be filled:

Four strategic group customer managers. One sales manager. One Publishing Manager. Two Key Account Managers and one Content Producer. A total of 9 positions.

- At Aller Media, we like to think that anything is possible. That means we need the best people for the various tasks. We want to be the best at commercial development today and, not least, tomorrow," says Chris.

Editor-driven media strengthens trust

- It is also gratifying to see that trust in editor-driven media is growing. The Reuters Institute recently conducted a major international survey called the Digital News Report 2021. The purpose of this report is to help us better understand how people consume news across platforms and formats in a number of different countries around the world, including Norway," says Chris Tallerås Steen.

Increased trust also increases commercial value. Editor-driven media live by their credibility.

Aller Media has also kept the pace of innovation high internally throughout the corona period. One of several measures was digital "pop-ups".

- "Culture building is a high priority for us. We want to be among the best at taking care of and developing our employees," says Chris.

She quickly set up a separate cultural council when the pandemic hit. The digital "pop-ups" where employees offer experiences to their colleagues through the Teams box are particularly popular.

- There are wine courses and stock tips, fitness tips and relationship advice. People lift and inspire each other. This provides a huge amount of cohesion, commitment and job satisfaction," says Chris, and adds:

- We want our employees to thrive. That's how we keep the best minds. And people who thrive do a good job.
