Profil i Aller Social Club came out on top in the travel and outdoor category at this year's Vixen Awards.

Julie Valsø was nominated for Influencer of the Year in the category "Travel and outdoor life", along with Helene Myhre and Nikolai Schirmer, among others. She was unable to attend the award ceremony, but that didn't stop her from walking away with the award.

- "It's touching and great that so many people have voted for me and that the jury chose a chaotic, messy family traveling slowly in a motorhome. I love that we can see travel as something more than a destination, but that there is also something magical about just being on the road," says Julie.

The jury's reasoning:

This year's winner shows the audience that the joy of travel is more than the destination itself, but also that there is a lot of joy in the journey itself. She shares moments big and small with her followers and talks openly about the ups and downs of traveling. The profile is good at conveying her messages via text and visuals and has an engaged audience that has sent her to the top of this category. The profile has made travel a lifestyle and manages to combine it with family life.

- In the future, there will be a more honest portrayal of what it's like to live with four people in seven square meters. A lot of humor and parodies of toddler life and a bit of seriousness about parents' mental health, of course," says Julie.

Julie is currently enjoying life on tour in Italy, before she and her family head down to Greece and Croatia. And as always, we can't wait to follow the journey!
