Filling up with creative forces

A new campaign manager and two new shopping and affiliate managers are in place in Aller Media's commercial department.
Aller Media adds creative talent

We welcome three new employees to the commercial department at Aller Media! The tremendous growth Aller Media has experienced has brought with it several opportunities to hire more creative talent.

- "We have attracted many talented and right people, and we are proud and humbled that so many people want to work with us at Aller Media. We will continue to build broad and solid expertise across our departments," says Commercial Director Chris Tallerås Steen.

- It's always exciting to have new colleagues! They bring with them expertise and experience that gives us even better insight into the market and our customers' total media mix. They challenge us, and we benefit from that!

Guro Grøndalen takes on the role of campaign manager, with responsibility for campaigns for our profiles in Aller Social Club, from the time they are sold until they are published. In this role, she will be the intermediary between the customer and the profile, and will be responsible for, among other things, passing on briefs from the customer to the profile, following up and ensuring that material is delivered and published on time.

Guro is passionate about creating good customer relationships, and has over 10 years of experience from roles where she has had to manage people and customer relationships, and will therefore fit in well in her new position at Aller Media.

- "I'm probably suited to this role precisely because I love keeping things in order, creating good routines that produce good results and, not least, I find it incredibly fun to work with people," says Guro.

Rebecca Wohl is already well underway in her new position as Head of Shopping and Affiliate, which she took over before the summer. Through sales-triggering content and good dialogues with our partners, she will ensure that we get the most out of the content produced. Rebecca also has a firm grasp of commercial trends, and will use this to maximize conversion and sales.

- Affiliate marketing is a field I have a lot of experience in. Therefore, I'm very familiar with the model and the factors that are important to consider. I've also worked with digital marketing and PR in an industry where trend analysis is key, and I'm looking forward to using this knowledge in my new position," says Rebecca.

Helene Førre will also be shopping and affiliate manager in the commercial department. She has an exciting background from both work and school, where she has specialized in areas such as SEO.

- It has given me a broad understanding in terms of content production, analysis and AB testing. I've learned a lot about different customer groups and their search behavior. I believe that keeping up to date with trends is incredibly important for both the brand and the customer journey," says Helene.

With previous experience and knowledge from both a bachelor's and master's degree, as well as work, she wants to be able to contribute a unique perspective on content production in the department, and further elevate Aller Media.
