Booking conditions
- Reservations made for ad exposure in the same month or crossing the end of the month must be confirmed within 48 hours or the reservation will expire.
- Reservations made for ad exposure one or more months in advance must be confirmed within 7 days.
- For all reservations, the "24 hour" rule applies: if other customers want the space reserved, you must decide within 24 hours.
Conditions for cancellation and changes
- Corrections, postponements and cancellations must be made in writing and no later than 10 working days before the start of the campaign.
- In the event of cancellation or change later than 10 days before the start of the campaign, the full amount will be invoiced as originally agreed.
- For agreements with a duration of one month or more, a mutual notice period of 1/3 of the total contract period applies. Note: This applies in cases where the agreement has started to run.
- Aller Media has the right to terminate the agreement if material violates the Marketing Act or is not approved by the responsible editor.
- Aller Media is not responsible for storage of material beyond 2 months after the end of the campaign.
- Aller Media's liability for non-performance of this agreement is limited to the discontinuation of advertising corresponding to the contract sum of this agreement. Alternatively, the contract sum may be returned to the Customer.
- The content of this agreement shall be treated confidentially by the parties. This obligation also applies after termination of the contractual relationship.
- Any dispute in connection with this agreement shall be resolved in accordance with Norwegian law and with Oslo City Court as the legal venue.
Material deadlines and delivery
- Correctly made materials must be delivered 3 working days before the start of the campaign. This also applies to materials that are to be replaced after the campaign has started.
- Special concepts such as expanding ads and the like must be delivered 7 working days before insertion.
In the event of late delivery, we cannot guarantee that the ad will appear according to the timetable.

Remember to include the customer name and any campaign name, and preferably also when and where the material will be used. The URL to which the ad will be linked must be attached. File names must contain the format of the file in the file name, and file names cannot contain capital letters, spaces or the letters æ, ø and å.

Reservation of fixed formats:
All reservations that are not confirmed by booking to AdOperations within 10 days before the start of the campaign are automatically deleted.
Reservation of display-based formats:
All reservations that are not confirmed with booking to AdOperations within 3 weeks (21 days) before the start of the campaign are automatically deleted
Deadline for material, ordinary advertisements (jpg/gif/flash): two working days (48 hours) before insertion.
Material deadline, complex ads: By appointment, up to five working days.
