- which continues to add employees in a big way
Aller Media adds three new commercial managers. Angelica Prag starts as the new head of Aller Concept Store. Elisabeth Underthun Berglie has started as sales manager in one of the KAM teams at Aller Media, while Katrine Torkildsby-Reine will start no later than January 1 as sales manager in Aller Media's product team.
Aller Media continues to add managers and employees in a big way:
Angelica Prag comes from the position as content producer and project manager in Aller Concept Store, the commercial department's creative hub. She replaces Hillevi Forsman, who has now become General Manager of Aller Social Club, formerly Adlink. Prag has extensive experience from the Aller system. She has previously worked as a project manager in TOPP and as a journalist in KK, both brands in Aller Media.
Elisabeth Underthun Berglie has 10 years of experience from the management team at Google Norway in the role of Industry Leader with responsibility for the company's partner and agency efforts. Before that, she worked in Posten Norge as Nordic Marketing Director with responsibility for the DM channel. Elisabeth has solid experience from and many years of experience from advisory roles in media agencies. Berglie takes over as sales manager for one of the KAM teams.
Katrine Torkildsby-Reine is recruited to Aller Media from the position of acting head of commercial at Norsk Rikstoto. She was at Rikstoto for almost five years. Before that, she spent almost seven years at VG, most recently as strategic customer manager. Torkildsby-Reine has also worked as a media consultant and head of analysis at Hegnar Media, and as a media consultant at both Aller and Dagbladet. Reine joins as sales manager for the product team.
Aller Media is currently on the offensive in many areas and has initiated a process to recruit almost 80 new employees. This is the largest hiring process in Aller Media in recent times.
Proud and humbled that so many people want to work with us
- The process of recruiting new Aller heads is going well. We have already found many talented and right people, and we are proud and humbled that so many people want to work with us at Aller Media. When we work with recruitment, it is important for us that the chemistry is right, the competence is in place and that both we and the candidate see a long-term relationship in this relationship," says Commercial Director Chris Tallerås Steen in Aller Media.
- There is fierce competition for the jobs that are currently being advertised at Aller Media. There are many hungry candidates with a wonderful variety of experience and backgrounds. The competition is tough - and that's how it should be. We are continuing the recruitment process in grand style.
Angelica Prag is looking forward to getting started with her management tasks at Aller Concept Store.
- I honestly think this is one of the most exciting jobs in media Norway! Aller Concept Store has come a long way and is now well established, while we are constantly looking for new opportunities for development. I'm looking forward to taking the concept initiative to new heights together with my team and - not least - to having a lot of fun along the way," says Prag.
Elisabeth Underthun Berglie has already taken over as sales manager for one of the KAM teams at Aller Media.
-"It's fun to start in an organization that is on the offensive like Aller Media is. A lot is happening here. We're constantly adding new products and solutions to our portfolio. Things don't stand still here. We take the role of challenger seriously, which is a good position to be in," says Berglie.
Katrine Torkildsby-Reine joins as sales manager for the product team on January 1.
- "I'm looking forward to taking on my role at Aller Media. This is a media house I know well, primarily from the outside, but also from my previous work at Aller. But now there is a lot going on at Aller Media - and I want to be a part of that," says Torkildsby-Reine.
