💬 09:00 - 10:30: Program

This is what you need to know about female consumers now!

Women are in a perpetual dilemma; between hopes, desires, expectations and realities. We take a closer look at what female consumers value, and how to effectively communicate with the female target group.

- Regine Sandberg, Senior Commercial Analyst, Aller Media

The small algorithm

The small algorithm is a clear confrontation with how social media algorithms systematically reinforce women's body insecurity and negative self-image – especially among young women – and shines a spotlight on the responsibility of tech giants.

- Ingeborg Heldal, editor-in-chief of KK

Case: A safe haven in the middle of the storm from Vitusapotek and Rosa Sløife

How do you break a fundraising record – and at the same time build real knowledge and solidarity? In this case, Vitusapotek and Rosa Sløyfe show how a precise 360° collaboration with the KK universe, where editorial content and commercial communication play seamlessly together, created strong emotional moments, increased understanding of women's health – and a result that shattered last year's record.

- Alexander Vigebo, Strategic Group Customer Manager, Aller Media

The violence after the violence

KK and Femina want to focus on "the violence after the violence" because it is not enough to talk about the assault itself. We must also shed light on what happens afterwards : the psychological violence that continues, the shame, the guilt and the re-traumatization in the face of the system and the lack of support. It is time to give voice to everything that still hurts long after the breakup has happened.

- Ingeborg Heldal, editor-in-chief of KK

Dream, drive and discipline – life as a woman, mother and entrepreneur

Clothing entrepreneur Celine Irgens Aagaard has put Norway on the fashion map. It comes at a cost.
