Enjoy Sport needed to give the 2XU brand a significant boost and wanted to reach a wider audience.
In collaboration with Aller Media, they chose to focus on experiential marketing combined with traditional marketing. The KK universe provided great opportunities through the KK-mila, KK training camp and KK day.
OBJECTIVE
The goal was to increase demand for 2XU fitness clothing, increase awareness of the brand, increase sales and maintain the position as Norway's largest supplier of compression tights. In addition, the campaign was to create hype around the workout clothes.
EVENTS
Through the sponsorship, 2XU was given the opportunity to be visible in all marketing and communication KK had with the participants at all events. There was clear logo exposure on all relevant surfaces and profile ads in KK.
KK-CAMPEN
All participants at the KK training camp received training clothes from 2XU. In this way, we created brand ambassadors for 2XU. To strengthen the campaign and spread the message further, we held various competitions in social media. We ensured good logo exposure, and 2XU representatives attended the camp and came into direct contact with the target group.
KK-DAGEN
2XU had its own stand at KK Day, where it sold fitness clothing. This gave 2XU representatives a unique opportunity to talk about their products directly with the participants. Commercials were shown from the stage and a text message was sent to guests with offers on fitness clothing to attract traffic to the stand during the breaks.
KK-MILA
In connection with KK-mila, 2XU launched and sold a brand new and exclusive collection of compression tights. We also organized a Facebook competition with image sharing under the auspices of KK.
There is no doubt that this collaboration has been a fantastic success for both 2XU and Aller Media! The demand for 2XU workout clothes has increased! Awareness of the brand has increased and sales of fitness clothing have increased! In addition, the collaboration has helped 2XU maintain its position as the largest supplier of compression tights in Norway!
