Three new hires in the commercial department.

We continue to strengthen the commercial department in Aller Media with three new appointments. They bring with them international experience, solid technical understanding and excellent sales skills, and will assist our customers with comprehensive solutions based on strategy, execution and results.

- We also invest heavily in young people. This is a strategy we have implemented to mirror the buy side, but also to enrich our own environment in the department. Graduates bring valuable perspectives that we need.

Our new additions are Alexander Hansen Vigebo, Lisbeth Langnes and Julia Lyon Vesterhus.

Alexander Hansen Vigebo has taken on the role of Strategic Account Manager in the commercial department. Vigebo comes from a position as Sales Director at JW player, where he was responsible for all commercial activity in the Nordics and Benelux. For the past seven years, he has lived and worked for US technology giants in online video, live streaming and ad tech in London.

- "My experience from the technology world has given me good insight into online video advertising, which accounts for much of the biggest growth in advertising, and I have been involved in strengthening the digital video advertising efforts of many of the largest media houses in Europe. These are experiences that I believe will come in handy in my new role at Aller Media," says Vigebo.

Lisbeth Langnes comes from the position as major client manager at Clear Channel, where she was responsible for some of the company's largest customers. At Aller Media, she will work as strategic group account manager, focusing on FMCG and grocery.

She has several years of experience from sales and sales management in field marketing in the communications agency Face2Face and has a master's degree in strategic marketing management from BI.

- "After many years in the industry, I've gained a lot of experience from the media landscape. A lot of it is about thinking outside the box and how to use creativity and insight to create the best tailor-made solutions for customers," says Langnes.

- I believe that an important part of the job is to get to know the customer and understand their challenges and objectives. This gives you a good basis for providing valuable advice and feedback.

Julia Lyon Vesterhus comes straight from school and is now ready for her new role as account manager in the commercial department. She recently completed a bachelor's degree in marketing management with a specialization in digital marketing at BI Norwegian Business School in Bergen. Before that, she gained valuable experience through a year in the armed forces and a job in the service industry.

- As a recent graduate, I come to Aller Media with a lot of motivation and drive. It's also great fun to start in a company that wants to invest in young people and recent graduates. Now I'm eager to get started and learn from all my talented colleagues, as well as use the knowledge I've gained through my studies and positions," says Vesterhus.
