Welcome to us, Hedda and Christine!

We welcome two new employees to the commercial department! Together they bring knowledge, experience and a fresh perspective. They are now ready to assist our customers with creative solutions based on goals and strategy.

- A lot of exciting things are happening throughout Aller Media, especially in the commercial department. Over the past year, we have gained many new and skilled colleagues who add more knowledge and expertise, in addition to a lot of good energy," says Sales Manager Lene Berg-Nielsen and continues:

- Our new employees represent a good mix of both experience from the media market and completely new eyes, thoughts and ideas straight from school. This creates a good and exciting dynamic in the sales department.

Christine Mørk comes from a position as advertising and partner manager at Tise, where she worked with finding potential partners, maintaining and further developing customer relationships. Before that, she worked for 5 years at Clear Channel as an account manager. She is now taking on the role of key account manager at Aller Media with responsibility for both small and large customers from various industries.

- This role suits me well! I'm happy to have joined a company that constantly invests in the development of its salespeople and celebrates creativity. Constantly thinking creatively at work and finding the best solutions for our customers is something I love to do," says Christine.

She has extensive experience in the media industry, and now wants to bring this knowledge into her new role at Aller Media.

Hedda Dønnum comes straight from school at the University of Agder, Kristiansand, where she graduated with a bachelor's degree in marketing and management. Before the summer, she submitted a bachelor's thesis in consumer behavior, which she passed with flying colors.

During her studies, Hedda had the opportunity to spend a semester on exchange at Hawaii Pacific University. Here she gained an international understanding of both marketing and management.

Hedda has now started a position as key account manager in the commercial department at Aller Media, and is looking forward to working actively with an extensive portfolio and building good relationships with her customers.

- "As a new graduate in such an established company as Aller Media, I hope to bring a fresh perspective. Despite being the youngest in the house, I see it as an advantage to be able to see things with new eyes and hopefully contribute with creative solutions," says Hedda.

Hedda is already well underway in her new position at the Hasle office.

- "We are very pleased to have our new colleagues in place at Aller Media," says Lene.
