- "Everything gets better if you exercise a little," says Chris Tallerås Steen, Commercial Director at Aller Media. "Physical activity promotes health and provides energy," she continues, and stresses the importance of all of us moving around a bit.

Winter race January 29 - walk, run or ski

To motivate a little extra physical activity, Aller Media is offering all its customers, agencies and partners free registration (until the day of the race) for the KK-mila winter race on January 29. This is a virtual race, where you complete your distance of either 5 or 10 km by walking, running or skiing. The most important thing is that you participate on race day.

Virtual race

-"Virtual races have become very popular," says Torhild Viken, general manager of KK-mila. It contributes enormously to motivation ahead of the race, that little kick in the butt we often need to complete the training we really want to do.

In addition, we offer a 30% discount on all our additional products, such as our super-popular goodie bags, she says, so just sign up!

Go to this link and sign up. The offer lasts until race day.

If anyone would like to receive a finish line banner and other materials to organize a mini-race, or if you have any questions related to registration, please contact Torhild Viken, general manager of KK-mila

May this year's Christmas sparkle a little extra with laughter, joy and some physical activity and may the year ahead be a more normal year, with fulfilled wishes and great fitness moments!
