Tone is this year's "good colleague"!

Every year, Aller's commercial department selects the "Good Colleague of the Year", which is awarded at the end of the year. The award carries a lot of weight, because you must have distinguished yourself to all your colleagues. The entire department has developed important parameters that they want to characterize a good colleague - and the person who receives the most votes and a good explanation becomes the "Good colleague of the year".

The award was presented by Bente Klemetsdal, Executive Vice President Sales and Marketing, during this year's kickoff in the commercial department at Faksen bar.

This year, the award went to Tone Nordby, who works in TV as a key account manager.

Tone is incredibly generous with everyone around her, always helpful, takes good care of and includes new people. You'll be looking for a cheerful, knowledgeable, service-minded colleague for a long time. She's also just the right amount of quick-wittedness with a twinkle in her eye.

Tone is always on and always helpful. She is a good sparring partner and always delivers as agreed. Cheerful, solution-oriented and a very good colleague.

Tone creates a good atmosphere, always says yes, is involved in social initiatives at work and knows everyone. She is creative and a strong contributor who solves most things straight away and delivers brilliant results.

It's a pleasure to have Tone as a colleague, a bundle of energy that is as cheerful as the day is long!
