Sissel Kyrkjebø received this year's honorary award during the KK-Galla 2025
230 fashion and cultural personalities traveled to the Grand Hotel for the celebration of the KK Gala and Women of the Year 2025.
For the second year in a row, the Grand Hotel in Oslo was transformed into a glittering display of Norwegian fashion and culture as the KK Gala took place. The guest list included 230 specially invited guests – from established cultural figures to new rising stars.
The big moment of the evening came when Sissel Kyrkjebø captivated the audience with a moving performance of "See the Fire Shine".
The gala celebration was also extra special for Kyrkjebø. She was awarded KK's Honorary Award of the Year – a tribute to an artist who has left a clear mark on Norwegian cultural life for decades.
