May 9 was the final of the AIPS Sports Media Awards - the World Cup in sports journalism. Among 690 entries from 138 countries, Dagbladet's entry came out on top in the "Best color piece" category for the project " A sick skin nation " in the "Best Writing" category.

- This is absolutely enormous. The project "A sick ski nation" was an extremely important journalistic project about eating disorders in Norwegian skiing, and a project that also had major consequences. For Dagbladet to win gold in competition with some of the world's largest media organizations is an incredible recognition," says editor-in-chief of Dagbladet, Alexandra Beverfjord, in a comment to Dagbladet.

The other two podium places went to Le Monde Afrique and the New York Times.
