Sales teams strengthened with even more power and expertise
Aller has added four new bright minds, all of whom are well equipped with many years of experience in sales and media. They will assist our customers with comprehensive solutions based on strategy, implementation and results. They are a total supplier for our customers, where they will deliver advertising solutions with good content and creative concepts, and further enhance the commercial department together with the rest of the team.
The four wise heads are:
Anniken Elvik, Key account manager
After a flying start in the media industry, she now has over 20 years' experience in both media and sales. She will now step into her new role as Key Account Manager.
-"Since I have experience from traditional mass media such as TV, radio and outdoor, I want to use that expertise to strengthen our understanding of the different media channels and what job they do for advertisers and in a media mix.
-"I like working in a challenging position where you simply have to be on your toes, but where you also have to be more adaptable and focus on the customer to an even greater extent than the market leader. This often means working more creatively and being better at finding opportunities where others see problems.
Siri Kristine Tønder Holen, Strategic Group Account Manager
Holen brings valuable experience from the media industry to her role as Strategic Account Manager at Aller Media. She has previously worked with other major players, including CAPA and VG, and has worked with several of Norway's largest advertisers both directly and via media agencies.
-"My broad and long experience in the industry will come in handy in this job. I think it's great to have worked with several media that have given me different perspectives on what customers need and what I can contribute.
Holen values creativity, expertise and strategy when working with clients. She is now looking forward to working with an exciting portfolio and creating good results together with Aller and its customers.
Christian Berg, Strategic Group Account Manager
Another Strategic Account Manager on the team is Christian Berg, who works primarily with FMCG and groceries.
-"This is a part of the industry that I really enjoy. There's a lot of competition and you have to be on the ball all the time to keep up with developments.
Christian brings with him experience from both the media company Schibsted and from an advertising agency, where he worked as an advisor at Very Agency for the last 7 years. In the latter, he was involved in building up the Norwegian department and had tasks that included acquiring new customers, maintaining and developing his own portfolio and managing operational processes.
-"Aller Media is a rapidly developing media company and I am surrounded by very good colleagues and superiors. In addition to being a dynamic media company, Aller Media is also a media company with very good products.
Sindre Hellkås, Strategic Group Account Manager
Hellkås takes on the position of Strategic Account Manager with a main focus on the automotive, technology and film industry. With a strong personal interest in both cars and movies, this is a role he is well suited for.
-"I like to challenge customers to do new things, preferably creatively, but with an analytical approach.
He comes from Clear Channel where he worked with outdoor advertising sales for the past four years, but is now ready to strengthen the team at Aller Media.
We wish our new additions the best of luck, and have no doubt that they will be an important part of Aller Media's development.
