Anne-Kat. to Aller Social Club

After almost 30 years in the media industry, Anne-Kat. Hærland has now started as a content advisor for Aller Social Club.

-"It was simply love at first sight," says Hillevi Forsman, General Manager of Aller Social Club, about her first meeting with Anne-Kat. She continues:

-"Anne-Kat. is not only incredibly creative, she also has a fantastic ability to think conceptually. With her on the team, I am absolutely certain that we will succeed in developing powerful audio content for Aller Media.

In his new role, Hærland will work on the development of podcast content and strategy. Together with the rest of the team, we will take Aller Social Club to new heights.

-"Good content is my passion! Developing completely new concepts and building things from scratch is one of the most exciting things you can do," says Hærland.

She elaborates on her interest in good content by referring to her extensive experience in dramaturgy. Both in front of and behind the scenes, Hærland has been creating shows and content since 1993. This gives her a unique perspective on concept development.

-"Creating content is one thing, but it's about creating content with meaning and clarity. That's something completely different!

Aller Social Club is in the middle of an exciting phase with the implementation of new strategies and initiatives. Here, Hærland will add his expertise from the field and contribute to the future development of our department.

-"I've worked on several aspects and elements of storytelling, but I'm looking forward to working on this as a whole. It's great! I just sit and smile," says Hærland and laughs. -"Genuine joy is what I feel when I work on this.

Furthermore, Hærland says that she has previously worked a lot independently, and that she is now looking forward to being part of a team. "The feeling is mutual.

-Anne-Kat. was born with the volume button on maximum and has chronic chattering sickness, so it's safe to say that the temperature in the office has risen considerably since she first walked through the door. But it's also fitting for a group of people who have chosen to call themselves Aller Social Club. "Both myself and the rest of the team are really looking forward to working closely with Anne-Kat on idea development," says Forsman.
