One returns to Aller with new skills and energy, while the other changes pastures within Hasle
The power of Aller is now strengthened with two new appointments. Hege Lorvik has previously worked at Aller, and is now back as Key Account Manager Programmatic. She takes over the position from Andreas Gaarder, who for his part is looking forward to starting as Strategic Group Account Manager!

- "I've already got off to a good start and have received good training from Martin, who I'm taking over from. Now I'm really looking forward to starting full-time in the position," says Andreas.
With his six years at Aller in AdOps and Programmatic, he was very ready for new challenges and new pastures. He is therefore delighted that this exciting opportunity has arisen. He sees the change of scenery within Aller as an advantage, because the new position will be a continuation of the expertise he already has. In addition to the fact that he now has a different portfolio with larger customers, Andreas believes that the biggest difference will be the toolbox he now has at his disposal. It allows him to be creative in a completely different way.
- So far, I've had a limited toolbox. I've often wanted to use other tools, but they haven't been available. Now I can play around with Aller's entire toolbox, which means I can juggle and do much more with the portfolio I have. My job now will be to highlight the value of Aller's toolbox and adapt the tools to the customer's needs," says Andreas
Andreas' new boss, Carl Fredrik Ullerø, is very much looking forward to having him on the team.
- Andreas joins the strategic team with unique expertise. He has previously worked at AdOps and as KAM Programmatic, and he brings solid experience of both Adteck and programmatic buying to his new role. Andreas is a very good salesman who both challenges and advises his customers to find the best solutions," says Carl Fredrik.
- "My motivation is to continue the good work that has been done, play the portfolio well and improve it further. I have to be as good as Martin, and build up an equally fine trophy shelf," says Andreas wisely.
Hege Lorvik
- It was my greatest wish to return to the media industry. I enjoy it so much here. It's social and very creative, and changes are happening all the time. The exchange of experiences both internally and externally is unique, and there's a good pulse," says Hege.
But now she is finally back at Aller after four years away. Her first job was at PlayAd, where for three years she was responsible for the development of YouPlay, a web TV network based on technology, commercial opportunities and editorial content.
After increasing the number of streams from 500,000 to 10 million, she retired. In January 2020, the Norwegian Motorsport Federation created a position for her as commercial manager, with the task of finding sponsors for the federation. Unfortunately, Corona hit the country soon after, and before she could really get started, the position had to be terminated.
- I had to look for a new job! Since I really wanted to return to the media industry, I find it incredibly nice to work for Aller again, and not least, for my old boss. It's a very nice team to join," says Hege.
Hege believes that her time in other industries has been useful. She can contribute with different knowledge that the others in the team don't have, and shed light from a slightly different perspective. She's really looking forward to learning new things and working in such an exciting and important department.
- After all, programmatic is an extremely good source of revenue for Aller," says Hege.
One person who is looking forward to getting Hege "home" to Aller again is the "old boss" Wibecke Bjørntvedt.
- Hege has several years of experience in the media industry and a broad network. She has extensive experience from sales, and in recent years she has also worked with programmatic. This is the perfect combination for our programmatic team. Hege is genuinely curious and keen to solve customer needs, and she will be working with some of the industry's biggest customers and agencies," says Wibecke Bjørntvedt.
