Aller Best renews the jury after the anniversary year

After a solid anniversary year in 2025, where Aller Best marked 10 years and Strawberry came away with the victory with the Anycation campaign, the competition has entered a new year with a new jury.

- Evaluated over 200 cases

Aller Best is a case competition for campaigns implemented in Aller Media, where the year's best cases are highlighted and honored. Since its inception in 2016, over 200 cases have been submitted and evaluated, and the finalists have over the years taken home several prestigious awards, both nationally and internationally.

The jury is now being strengthened with new profiles from the media and agency industry. Mads Rikter-Svendsen, Chief Strategy Director at WPP Media Norway, and Martine Nerland, Business Director at Publicis Starcom, will join as jury members and supervisors. At the same time, Erik Solberg, Strategy Director at Try Schjærven Media, will continue on the jury.

Rikter-Svendsen is looking forward to the task:

– What I am most looking forward to is getting to know new, skilled professionals and gaining insight into Aller Media's work processes to develop cases that create value for customers. He also points out what characterizes the best contributions:

– The strongest cases are rooted in solid analysis and insight, and translate this into a way that creates attention among the target group, while delivering a clear impact.

Nerland also highlights case work as an important motivational factor:

– Asking the right questions and helping to lift good stories to their full potential is something I'm really looking forward to.

– A winning case starts with a clear business challenge and a clear goal, and shows a common thread all the way from insight to solution and impact, she adds.

Solberg hopes for broad participation this year as well. His advice is simple but effective: Take the methodology seriously, listen to experienced voices, and get involved. That's how the best cases are created.

Aller Best will contribute to inspiration and learning, while also highlighting the opportunities within Aller Media, both internally and externally.

The jury constitutes a strong professional team that will guide, challenge and quality assure the cases throughout the entire process.
